Victorian venues exposed to coronavirus have surged past 350 after dozens of new sites were added overnight.
An Aldi and Coles Express in Melbourne’s southeast, train and tram services and a yoga studio in Carlton are among the latest additions.
The Cricket Victoria offices at the Junction Oval have also been listed as an exposure site after a confirmed case visited the venue.
It comes as Victoria’s fifth lockdown entered a seven-day extension overnight as authorities battle to get the latest outbreak under control.
Virus primary close contacts and exposure sites are now dotted across metropolitan and regional Victoria after the virus jumped the border from NSW.
“We have seen significant and stand-alone outbreaks in regional areas, in Phillip Island, in Bacchus Marsh, Barwon Heads and as far away as Mildura,” chief health officer Brett Sutton said.
