Mr Vaughan said Rosina’s tower offered 360-degree views of Melbourne’s CBD and planes taking off at Tullamarine airport.

“Mainly families have been looking at the property, they’ve come from right across Victoria,” he said.

“Buyers like the fact that’s on one of the best streets in Moonee Ponds, the fact it’s on 1455sq m of north-facing land and the impressive facade and tower, which is a real feature across three stories and has uninterrupted views.”

Expressions of interest close at 2pm on August 2.
