The former Tigers’ midfielder, who played 135 games with the club, will play for Fremantle in the 2025 season.

And in preparation for the move west, industry sources revealed that he’s just offloaded his four-bedroom house at 215 Neerim Rd for more than $2m, after it failed to get a result at its auction about a month ago.
While Ray White Carnegie director Tom Grieve declined to comment on the sale price or seller, he said it sold to a family looking to live in the residence.
“We’re starting to sell a lot of those properties that have struggled a little bit in the last few weeks,” Mr Grieve said.
“It seems that the year will finish quite well.”
It comes as Victorian homesellers gear up to sell their abodes under the hammer this weekend as spring officially comes to an end Sunday.
PropTrack research showed there are 1486 auctions scheduled across Melbourne this week and 53 in regional Victoria — 13 per cent higher than this time last year.
Craigieburn has the most amount of homes going under the hammer at 25, followed by Reservoir, 24, and Essendon, 21.
PropTrack senior economist Eleanor Creagh said with about 14 per cent more auctions in Melbourne on the cards this weekend compared to this time last year, it was clear buyers were continuing to benefit from a lot more choice.
“Those looking to buy before the end of the year probably need to start moving quickly, given that we know that selling activity is going to slow in December,” Ms Creagh said.
Real Estate Institute of Victoria president Jacob Caine said they anticipate that there would be a fairly significant amount of buyers out in force this weekend before the end of the year.
He added that prospective homebuyers were a bit more willing to bid at auctions at this time of year as banks, law firms and real estate agencies began to go on break.
