The couple and their two sons had lived at the abode in the town of Bunyip for about seven years.
An outdoor entertainer’s area with a bar and television, basketball court, golf putting green and swimming pool are among the home’s features.
Barry Plant Drouin and Warragul director Candice Hill said a local family purchased the residence, in a private sale that was settled last month.
“One of the main attractions was the pool, they have got young teenage kids so being in the heat of summer, being able to enjoy that with their family liked Austinn and Kate did was a big drawcard,” she said.
Ms Hill declined to comment on the sold price but industry sources indicated the house changed hands for about $860,000.
Jones and Kate are planning to renovate a new home in Bunyip.

Public records show the five-bedroom pad sold just before Christmas although Mr Inan declined to comment on the deal.
And in October, the Toorak apartment where Magpies legend Lou Richards and wife Edna had lived since the 1970s sold.
The two-bedroom home fetched $870,000, with Jellis Craig Stonnington partner Michael Armstrong managing the sales campaign.
