A ultra-modern home in Essendon — complete with luxury finishes, high-end appliances, and a resort-style outdoor area — has hit the market, offering one lucky buyer a “hamburger with the lot.”

The five-bedroom, three bathroom home at 10A Graves St, Essendon is set on 429sq m, designed by Achieve Design’s Ben Krajewski and built by owner Nick Trpcevski.

The home has $2.5m-$2.75m price hopes.

The property is “fully loaded and move-in ready”, according to Matthews Moonee Valley chief executive and agent John Matthews.

“It’s being sold fully loaded — Vintec wine fridges in the butler’s pantry, integrated Miele fridges, a knock Miele dishwasher, bar fridges, and even a barbecue in the outdoor alfresco area” Mr Matthews said.

“You pretty much just need to furnish it and move straight in.”

The Matthews chief executive said the property next door also built by Mr Trpcevski and was sold to a young professional family for $2.8m in October 2024, according to property records.

“We’re expecting similar buyers for this one,” he said.

“It’s state-of-the-art, brand new, and big enough for dual living families.”

A striking facade with black vertical slats and glass panels sets the tone of the home, while inside open spaces and high-end finishes create a sophisticated feel.

The designer kitchen boasts black cabinetry, timber finishes and stone benchtops, with a butler’s pantry for extra storage.

With a main bedroom on both levels and multiple living areas, the home offers versatility for dual-living families.

Outside, the entertainer’s space includes a built-in barbecue, bar fridge and a luxurious pool framed by glass fencing.

Mr Trpcevski said selling is bittersweet.

“On one hand, I’m excited for someone to move in and enjoy it, but on the other, my family has loved the idea of living here,” Mr Trpcevski says.

Nick says he designed the home to create a high-end, family-friendly home with low-maintenance materials and prioritised durability in material choices.

“I wanted to avoid high-maintenance options like timber, which can degrade over time if not properly maintained,” he says.

“I originally wanted a darker facade, but council restrictions required a lighter colour palette – it was a positive change.”

Positioned in the sought-after Buckley Park High School zone, the home is minutes from Buckley Rd and Keilor Rd’s cafes, shops.

The property is going to auction Thursday evening February 27.
