A WOMAN was allegedly killed by a neighbour in a suburban Victorian street at the weekend.

Rachel Tyquin, 44, was found dead on a Sunbury nature strip with stab wounds to the neck.

It is believed she was out exercising at the time she was killed.

A 53-year-old woman is expected to face Melbourne Magistrates Court on Monday, charged with Ms Tyquin’s murder.

It is alleged the woman was murdered over a parking dispute.

Ms Tyquin’s fiance, Mark Lofts, paid tribute to his love on social media.

“You will be in my head and heart forever babe and I miss you terribly! Would give anything to have you back in my arms,” Mr Lofts posted.

“There is an enormous hole in my heart now and I don’t think it could ever be filled, you just had so much passion for everything you did and I will miss that every day for the rest of my life.”

Ms Tyquin was just 250m from her home when she was allegedly murdered by Eva Maria Whitecross, according to the Herald Sun.

It is believed there was a feud between Ms Tyquin and Whitecross, which had been ongoing for decades.

The Herald Sun reports Whitecross had issues with Ms Tyquin’s personal training and massage clients parking in their shared street.

Mourners have said Ms Tyquin was a lovely lady, who was encouraging and supportive.

Mr Lofts said he loved Ms Tyquin “with all my heart and everything I am”.

“Will never stop missing you for one second,” he said.
