Two men charged following mayhem outside Milo Yiannopoulos’ Melbourne show

TWO men have been charged with serious offences over the mayhem at an event involving right-wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos in Melbourne this month.

TWO men have been charged with serious offences over mayhem at an event involving right-wing commentator Milo Yiannopoulos.

Detectives from Melbourne North crime investigation unit have charged two men following the wild demonstration in Kensington on December 4.

Investigators executed warrants at addresses in Wonthaggi and Sunbury this morning.

Two men, a 33-year-old from Wonthaggi and a 28-year-old from Sunbury, have both been charged with affray and riotous behaviour offences.

Both have been bailed to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on June 8, next year.
