Templestowe man viciously attacked by two people
AN INNOCENT man was bitten, had paint sprayed in his eyes and was almost run over by a pair of brutal thugs.
A MAN was bitten and had paint sprayed in his eyes in a vicious attack in North East Victoria.
A 50-year-old man was at a vacant property in Templestowe when a man and woman showed up with intentions to graffiti the property.
They were approached by the victim and the male offender grabbed him around the neck.
The victim managed to get away and ran to a neighbour’s house to call triple-0.
He then made the mistake of going back outside to get to registration of the thugs’ car.
The man then grabbed the victim and the woman used a large piece of timber and a brick to attack him.
Police believe the woman then sprayed silver paint into the victim’s eye and attempted to run him over with a car.
The man who was restraining the victim then bit him on the shoulder and robbed him of his mobile phone and fled the scene in a white, late model Hyundai.
The victim had to go to hospital and was treated for serious injuries.
The male attacker is caucasian, about 20 years old and 160cm.
He has fair skin and fair to brown coloured hair.
The woman is caucasian and believed the be the same age and height as the man.
She is pale with a thin build and has long blonde hair, which was tied back during the attack.
At the time of the incident she was also wearing a long patterned dress.
