Bradley McStay pleads guilty to culpable driving after mowing down Luke Price

A man has confessed to hitting and killing another man after running him down with his ute in regional Victoria.

A man has confessed to ploughing into and killing another man with his ute on a dark Victorian roadside.

Bradley Andrew McStay, 35, pleaded guilty to culpable driving causing death in Victoria’s Supreme Court on Wednesday.

McStay drove his 4WD ute into 34-year-old Luke Price on Heads Rd at Yannathan in the early hours of the morning in February 2020.

Police allege McStay drove at Mr Price.

Bradley McStay has pleaded guilty to culpable driving causing death.

Mr Price died at the scene.

The accused, who is on bail, briefly appeared in the Supreme Court, where he entered his plea.

McStay’s bail was extended until his matter returns to court on May 23.
