The parents of AFL great Chris Judd have listed the Sandringham family home where he lived before being drafted to West Coast.
Property records show Andrew Judd, father of the Carlton and Eagles’ legend, is named on the title of the four-bedroom house at 54 Fernhill Rd.
The Edwardian abode ‘Fernhill’, which was built in the 1920s, is listed with a $2.6m-$2.86m. It was purchased by Mr Judd for $440,000 in May 1997.

Chris Judd is widely recognised as one of the greatest footballers of all time, playing 138 games for West Coast Eagles and 90 games for Carlton between 2002-2015.
He is a two-time Brownlow Medalist and was inducted into the Australian Football Hall of Fame in 2021, and was captain of both AFL teams he played for.
Now, his parents are selling their home, with rooms adorned in footy memorabilia championing their son’s successes in the sport.
Buxton Sandringham senior sales consultant Scott Hamilton said the 760sq m property used to be opposite the Royal Melbourne Golf Course.

“It’s got a really nice veggie garden and it’s got a lot of old, period features. It’s got high ceilings and a formal lounge room,” Mr Hamilton said.
“It’s a cracking property. And it’s a gun location.”
He added that Mr Judd spent about two hours a day tending to the manicured garden.
Inside, there’s a large home office which opens to a deck as well as a formal dining room.
Downstairs, the main bedroom has an ensuite, its own private deck and a walk-in wardrobe.
The home also features an open plan meals and kitchen area, fitted with Smeg appliances and Baltic Pine cabinetry, as well as a wine cellar.
Outside, the north-facing courtyard has an extensive vegetable garden and gated parking.
The property is scheduled to go to auction on Saturday, March 1 at 11:30am. .
