A 30-YEAR-OLD Herdsmans Cove man has been charged with trafficking designer drugs and guns.
The drug squad raided the man’s home on Tuesday, seizing 139g of ecstasy with an estimated street value of $17,000.
Four firearms and a sum of cash were also seized.
He appeared in the Hobart Magistrates Court yesterday, charged with trafficking a controlled substance (methylamphetamine and MDMA), unlawful trafficking firearms, possessing stolen guns, receiving stolen property and other weapons offences.
He was remanded in custody to appear in court tomorrow.
