THE home that caught the eye of more house hunters than any other last week has all but got a new owner already.

When No.56 Leura Street in Rosny hit the market it immediately caused a stir.

The agent’s phone and inbox lit up like a Christmas tree.

To date, about 6000 people have viewed it on realestate.com.au and Petrusma Property director Daniel ten Broeke said he had been inundated with inquiry.

He said the property attracted over 20 groups to its first open home on a Tuesday.

He had multiple offers on the table the following day.

Subject to a finance approval, this Eastern Shore property is as good as sold to a Hobart-based buyer.

Daniel said it was “absolutely the views” that made a great first impression on potential buyers of this home.

“The outstanding, panoramic views stretch from the Kangaroo Bay marina and Bellerive Quay across Bellerive Bluff, out to the River Derwent and as far south as the eye can see,” he said.

“While the aspect in this neighbourhood is generally south facing, this home benefits from a sunny entertainment deck off the kitchen and living area at the front of the home.

“It has bi-fold windows and a concrete kitchen bench and servery for that desirable indoor-outdoor set-up.

“Anyone that walked into this area wanted to sit down and take it in.”
