SA Police appeal for information about Mansfield Park shooting

Police are appealing for information after a man was dropped off at a major hospital with a gunshot wound before two other men drove off in a Porsche.

A man has allegedly been left at a hospital in Adelaide with a gunshot wound before two other people drove off.

South Australia Police were called to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woodville after staff reported a man had been dropped off with a gunshot wound to his right leg about 1pm on Monday.

The man had allegedly been dropped off by two men in a black Porsche Cayenne SUV about 12.50pm.

After dropping the injured man off at the hospital, the pair got back into the Porsche and drove away soon after.

The man’s injuries were not life-threatening and he has since had surgery.

Police believe the man was shot within the Mansfield Park area.

Police have also identified the black Porsche Cayenne SU and its two occupants.

Anyone who may have seen the black Porsche in the vicinity of the hospital is asked to contact Crime Stoppers.
