Man’s body pulled from water in South Australia

A man’s body has been pulled from the water, but police are yet to identify who he is or how he died.

The body of a man has been pulled from the water in South Australia.

A member of the public reported seeing the body off Taylorville Rd, in the Riverland region, about 2.15pm on Sunday, prompting emergency services and police to attend.

“Police responded with the assistance of CFS and SES personnel, and located the body of a man in Ross Lagoon,” police said in a statement.

Taylorville Rd has been closed between Devlins Pound Rd and Twigden Rd, while detectives investigate the circumstances surrounding the man’s death.

“The man is yet to be identified,” police said.
