A PWC worker accused of sexually assaulting 33 women allegedly touched his victims without their consent at a Melbourne nightclub, court documents reveal.
A man accused of sexually assaulting 33 women at a Melbourne nightclub allegedly touched his victims without their consent on their bottoms, breasts and genitalia, court documents reveal.
David Maria Anthony Rayan, 33, was charged with more than 70 counts of sexual assault.
Police will allege the Cranbourne man sexually assaulted 33 women at a nightclub on Chapel St in Prahran on three separate nights this year: September 23, October 14 and October 21.
Court documents revealed Mr Rayan, who formerly worked as a PwC associate, allegedly touched his victims without their consent on their bottoms, breasts and genitalia in the nightclub.
Police will also allege Mr Rayan kissed some of his victims on the head, shoulders and buttocks, and rubbed his groin against a woman’s body, according to court documents.
Mr Rayan is also accused of stroking the skin on one woman’s back during one of the nights.
Police will allege Mr Rayan’s groping was caught on CCTV footage in the nightclub.
He was first charged with six counts of sexual assault on October 27, before he was charged with 65 more offences counts on December 12.
Mr Rayan remains on bail and will return to the court on May 10.
