The nurse, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been in custody since August after police searched his CBD property in relation to the alleged sexual assault of a woman.

Police allege he supplied the women with substances like Xanax and oxazepam, which is used to treat anxiety, and filmed himself engaged in non-consensual acts.

One of his observation charges is alleged to have occurred at a hospital.

He has also been charged with supplying cannabis, possessing restricted drugs and being in possession of tainted property that includes prescription medication, four mobile phones, two laptops and a USB.

The nurse was arrested at his Brisbane CBD unit in August over the alleged sexual assault of a woman in her 20s.

His registration as a nurse was suspended by the Health Ombudsman that same month.

Mobile phones, video recording equipment, prescription and illicit drugs were seized during the search.

Police appealed to the public for information after recordings of other alleged sexual offences were found on some of the devices.
