BREAKING: Johnny Depp’s wife Amber Heard’s lawyer has successfuly had the case against her adjourned to “further discussions” between the prosecution and defence.

HOLLYWOOD actor Amber Heard’s lawyer has successfuly had the case against her adjourned to “further discussions” between the prosecution and defence.

Her case is now set for mention in November 16.

Her case was due to begin in the court at Southport on the Gold Coast this morning.

The wife of superstar Johnny Depp is in trouble for breaking Federal laws after bringing her two lap dogs Pistol and Boo into the Gold Coast during filming of the latest Pirates of the Carribbean movie.

Heard’s name appeared alongside the usual assortment of accused drunk drivers and drug dealers at the busy Gold Coast court complex.
