Brisbane man charged over murder of missing teen, Tiffany Taylor

A MAN has been charged over the murder of Queensland teenager Tiffany Taylor, who disappeared last month.

A BRISBANE man will appear in court later today charged over the murder of a teenage girl who disappeared last month.

Tiffany Taylor, 16, was last seen leaving a motel at Waterford West in Logan on July 12.

Police last night charged a 60-year-old Annerley man with one count of her murder. He is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court today.

Police are continuing to search for Tiffany’s remains.

On July 31, almost three weeks after she was last seen, police issued a public appeal for help to find her, saying her lack of contact with family or friends was out of character.

Detective Superintendent Dave Hutchinson is expected to address media later today.
