Beachside development is set to flourish
Sherpa Property Group’s Flourish on Sixth development is attracting strong local interest in the 12-storey project.
Construction is expected to start in March on Sherpa Property Group’s latest development, Flourish on Sixth, at Palm Beach on the Gold Coast.
The project, situated at 6-12 Sixth Ave, has a completion target set for mid-2027.
Sherpa Property Group general manager Daniel Clarke said the overwhelming interest they had received ahead for the launch, primarily from Gold Coast locals, highlighted the demand for high-quality, affordable living in the area.
“We’re particularly excited to see the return of the first-home buyers to the market, many of whom have been waiting for the right opportunity,” he said.
“Flourish on Sixth provides an accessible entry point into high-quality living, offering well-appointed apartments that meet the needs of those ready to invest in their future.
“Flourish on Sixth represents an exciting opportunity for locals looking to invest in their future while enjoying a vibrant community lifestyle.
“Looking ahead, Palm Beach is poised for continued growth and is set to remain one of the most sought-after locales in the region.
“With limited stock currently available at this price point, the launch of Flourish on Sixth is perfectly timed.
“The ongoing development of Palm Beach, including the upcoming light rail extension and vibrant community initiatives, further enhances its appeal as a desirable place to live and invest.”
Flourish on Sixth features one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with prices starting from under $600,000.
Flourish on Sixth boasts a suite of amenities, including a world-class rooftop wellness precinct, a resort-style pool, and private recreation areas. The project also incorporates innovative work-from-home facilities and a boardroom, designed to enhance work-life balance for residents.
The launch of the project represents a key milestone in Sherpa’s growth strategy and the debut of the new Flourish Brand, dedicated to cultivating engaged and supportive communities across South East Queensland.
In a first for the boutique builder, Flourish on Sixth will feature permanent on-site ‘Community Sherpas’ after settlement, dedicated to helping residents and enhancing their community experience every day.
Encompassing 12 storeys and 1618sq m, Mr Clarke said early interest had been significant, particularly among local residents and first-home buyers.
Mr Clarke said the development was tailored to accommodate diverse lifestyle needs, providing spacious and modern living spaces.
He said it was located in one of the Gold Coast’s most sought-after locales, and Flourish on Sixth aimed to foster a strong sense of community and wellbeing among its residents.
The group has a successful track record of 15 completed projects on the Gold Coast over the past six years.
Meanwhile, the group has announced a strategic partnership with proptech platform Coposit to sell the remaining apartments at its $65m Perspective Nexus development in Palm Beach.
This collaboration introduces Coposit’s ‘deposit by instalments’ model, allowing buyers to secure their dream apartment with no upfront full deposit.
The system offers an alternative pathway to ownership, allowing purchasers to commit to a minimum deposit of $15,000, and make interest-free payments throughout the construction phase.
“Coposit is transforming the way Australians enter the property market by addressing affordability and accessibility challenges,” Mr Clarke said.
The nine-storey project, with completion expected by September, has 35 apartments, including two penthouses and three two-level sky homes.
