The One Nation leader was snapped outside the Federal Court in Sydney on Thursday, where she is embroiled in a legal battle against a former Senate colleague.
Senator Hanson has not been seen in public since coming close to losing her seat in the May 21 election.
In the week leading up to the election, Senator Hanson was confined to her home after testing positive for Covid-19.
She has not been vaccinated against the disease.
Senator Hanson has been in the fight of her career after poor results in the election threatened to derail her One Nation party.
Despite gathering a vocal following from the contingent of voters dismayed at the government’s reaction to the Covid pandemic, the party failed to pick up any additional seats in the Senate.
As well as being challenged by Clive Palmer’s United Australia Party, Senator Hanson faced competition from a party called Legalise Cannabis Australia.
The minor party has been hailed as the election’s underdog story, coming from relative obscurity to narrowly miss out on a Senate seat in Queensland.
Senator Hanson now looks set to retain her Senate seat.
After weeks of keeping a low profile, Senator Hanson appeared in Sydney to attend the Supreme Court on Thursday.
She is being sued by her former One Nation colleague Brian Burston, who claims she defamed him by making false allegations of sexual harassment on social media and TV.
The Senator appeared outside the courthouse in a bright red jacket with large peacock broach, paired with a black skirt and carrying a matching red bag.
