Three teenagers charged after man found dead in Tregear home
A teenager has been charged with murder and two other teens charged with assault after a man was found dead inside a Sydney home.
Three teenagers have been charged following the suspicious death of a man inside a Sydney home.
Emergency services were called to a home in Tregear, in western Sydney, about 10.30pm on Saturday after a 32-year-old man was found unresponsive in a bedroom.
NSW Ambulance were unable to revive him and he died at the scene.
Police were told that the man had been injured during an alleged physical altercation inside the home.
Three teenage occupants – two men aged 18 and 19, and a girl aged 16 – were arrested and taken to the Mt Druitt Police Station.
The 18-year-old man was charged with murder, and the two other teenagers were charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm (DV).
All three were refused bail, with the two men expected to appear at the Parramatta Bail Court on Sunday.
The 16-year-old girl is expected to appear in the children's court on the same day.
Police investigations are continuing, and a post mortem examination will be conducted to determine the man’s cause of death.
