Paramedics try to revive three-year-old girl pulled from dam
A YOUNG girl pulled from a dam in cardiac arrest is being rushed to hospital this afternoon in NSW’s Hunter region.
PARAMEDICS were called to a dam in NSW’s Hunter region after a three-year-old girl went into cardiac arrest.
The girl was pulled from the water at Greta and treated at the scene by paramedics.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman told news.com.au that an emergency call was received just before 2pm today.
Five ambulances and a helicopter rushed to the scene. Paramedics treated her for at least 25 minutes before she was taken by ambulance to Newcastle’s John Hunter Hospital in a serious condition.
