Shoppers watched in horror as a brawl broke out in the deli section of a Woolies supermarket, with a man repeatedly punching another in the head.
Footage has emerged of a violent brawl that broke out inside a busy Woolworths in New South Wales.
Innocent shoppers watched on in horror as fists flew in the deli section of the supermarket.
A short clip of the melee was uploaded to TikTok, showing the moment a man shoves another into the meat counter and punches him in the head.
The video shows dozens of helpless shoppers and Woolies workers watching on as the men duke it out near the see-through display counters.
One worker seemed to be reporting the incident on her phone.
A high-pitched voice can be heard shrieking, out of view from the camera, as shoppers can be seen emerging from nearby aisles to get a better look at what was happening.
The customer filming the incident starts recording as a man in a light coloured hoodie tussles with another, younger man in the supermarket. The shouting continues as they hold each other.
It appears that a female customer with a green trolley tries to pull the men away from each other when a second man – wearing a matching bright red tracksuit set – rushes into the fight swinging.
He throws a punch at the head man tussling with the light tracksuit-wearing man and shoves the group into the counter of deli meats. The impact from the punch can be heard in the video, and prompts shocked exclamations from people nearby.
The men who were shoved against the screen then push back at the two silver-haired men, including the red-suited one that charged at them. They grip their hoodie collars to keep them at arms length.
It appears that more fists start to fly when the clip is cut short by another employee, who spots the customer filming the fight and swats the camera away.
Woolworths has confirmed that they are aware of the incident and it has been reported to police.
