Two men dead after car collides with telegraph pole

A driver and passenger have died after a horrific crash on a regional road in a popular tourism region.

Two men, both in their 30s, have died after their car collided with a telegraph pole in a popular tourism region.

Both men were travelling in a sedan which crashed into a pole at Burradoo, near Bowral in southern New South Wales, at about 8pm on Friday evening.

The driver and passenger of the car died at the scene, police confirmed.

The incident is under investigation and police will prepare a report for the coroner.

The crash is not being treated as suspicious, and no other vehicles are believed to have been involved.
