Two sisters who were last seen at a train station in Sydney’s city’s west have been found.
Telykah and Jhayde Edmonds, aged 15 and 14, were last spotted at Marayong Railway Station about 1pm but were unable to be contacted or located since.
Family and police held serious concerns for the girls given their age.
Police said the sisters were known to travel on public transport and often frequent the Blacktown, Marayong, Quakers Hill, and Riverstone areas.
A few hours after appealing for public help NSW Police announced the sisters had been found at a home in Sydney’s west.
“Following inquiries, police located the girls at a home in Riverstone about 12.30pm Sunday,” police said.
“Police would like to thank the community and media for their assistance.”
