Concerns for 12-year-old Sydney boy missing for more than 24 hours

There are grave concerns for a 12-year-old boy who has been missing for more than 24 hours.

There are grave concerns for a young boy who has been missing from Sydney’s west for more than 24 hours.

Police are appealing for the public’s help to find 12-year-old Ayden Hatton-McKeever, who was last seen at 10.30am Wednesday at an address on Willmot Ave, Toongabbie.

“Ayden is described as Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander in appearance,165-170cm tall, slim build, dark brown/black short hair with a rat’s tail,” a NSW Police statement said.

The boy’s family notified police of the boy’s disappearance after he was unable to be located or contacted.

Police and his family hold concerns for Ayden’s wellbeing due to his young age.

“He was last seen wearing a white, red and blue jumper, brown shorts and thongs and may be carrying a black hooded jumper,” police said.

“Police and family hold concerns for Ayden due to his young age.”

Ayden is known to frequent the Parramatta and Toongabbie areas.

Anyone who sees Ayden or has information about Ayden’s whereabouts is urged to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
