Woman to face court after man dies falling from ATV

A woman has been charged over the death of a man who fell from an all-terrain vehicle in Camden on Saturday.

A woman will face court following a man’s death after he fell from an all-terrain vehicle on a rural property in New South Wales.

Emergency services responded to the incident at the Mount Hunter property near Camden at about 5.30pm on Saturday.

The victim was first treated by paramedics at the scene before being flown to Liverpool Hospital in a critical condition.

However, the man succumbed to his injuries.

Following investigations by NSW Police and the Crash Investigation Unit, a 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged with dangerous driving occasioning death.

She has since been granted bail to appear in the Picton Local Court in November.

A report is being prepared for the Coroner.
