Two men charged after shots reported on Sydney balcony

Two men have been arrested and charged after allegedly firing shots from a balcony in a harbourfront suburb.

Two men have been charged after shots were allegedly fired from a balcony on Sydney’s north shore.

Emergency services were called to a unit block on Kurraba Road at Kurraba Point just south of Neutral Bay about 4pm on Sunday.

Police were told on arrival that two men allegedly discharged a firearm from a balcony.

After a search, police allegedly found a gel blaster replica firearm and arrested two 23-year-old men at about 6.45pm.

The pair were charged with possession of an unauthorised firearm.

Both men are due to appear in Manly Local Court on December 12.
