Teenager, 15, charged with murder after man in his 30s allegedly stabbed in Sydney’s inner-west
A teenager has been charged with murder after a man died from alleged fatal stab wounds in Sydney’s inner-west.
A boy has been charged with a man’s murder following an alleged horror stabbing in Sydney’s inner-west.
Emergency services were called to a home on Spring St in Concord about 12.30am on Saturday, after reports of the incident.
Officers attached to Burwood Police Area Command arrived and allegedly found a man – believed to be aged in his 30s – outside the property with multiple stabs wounds to his chest.
He was treated by paramedics but died at the scene.
A NSW Police spokesman said the man is yet to be formally identified.
A crime scene was established and detectives attached to Burwood Police Area Command commenced an investigation into the incident.
A teenager, 15, was later arrested and taken to Burwood Police Station, where he was charged with murder.
The child was refused bail to appear before a children’s court on Sunday.
