Police are searching for man who escaped from corrective services in NSW’s west

The man was last seen about midday on Monday before he escaped a facility in the far west of NSW.

Police are on the hunt for an inmate who escaped from custody in far wester NSW.

Zac Riley, 24, was last seen at a corrective services facility attached to Broken Hill Local Court about 12pm on Monday.

Officers were notified and have been conducting inquiries to locate him.

Riley is described as being of Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander appearance, thin build, 170-175cm tall, with black hair, black beard and moustache.

Anyone who sees Zac is urged not to approach him but to contact triple-0 (000) immediately.
