A man is in a critical condition after he was stabbed in broad daylight in Sydney. Police are now on the hunt for the knife-wielding attackers.
Police have launched a manhunt for a knife-wielding attacker and his accomplices after a man was stabbed in broad daylight in Sydney’s southwest on Wednesday.
Officers were called to Clifford St in Panania about 7am on Wednesday following reports of an assault.
A 34-year-old man was standing next to his car on the street when another car pulled up next to him, police said.
Three men got out of the vehicle and assaulted the man before stabbing him and fleeing the scene.
Paramedics treated the injured man at the scene, and he was rushed to hospital in a critical condition.
A crime scene has been established and inquiries continue.
