James Delinicolis and Angelo Dellosa: Cops filmed threesome with teen
Explicit texts between two cops who had sex with a schoolgirl have been revealed in court.

Two Sydney police officers filmed themselves bragging about “double impact” and “double trouble” as they had sex with a teenage schoolgirl in a hotel room, court documents reveal.
Bankstown Transport Command cops James Delinicolis, 30, and Angelo Dellosa, 31, are set to be sentenced after pleading guilty to misconduct in public office on Thursday.
The pair had charges of attempted sexual assault and recording an intimate image without consent withdrawn.
However, the pair of longtime friends pleaded guilty to one count related to their sexual encounter with a 17-year-old girl inside a southwestern Sydney hotel room in August last year.
According to a statement of agreed facts tendered to the court, the pair from May 2019 to May 2020 frequently spoke to women while on duty in an attempt to pick them up for sexual relationships.
They handed their numbers out to multiple females, with police later identifying nine women approached by the pair.
They used a phone, which they referred to as the “bat phone”, to communicate with women while on duty.
Delinicolis initiated contacted the girl when he spotted her standing outside a train station while in a patrol van with three other officers.
The court documents reveal their first conversation.
“What is your name?” Delinicolis asked.
When she replied, he asked, “Where do you live?”, “Are you single?” and “How old are you?”
She said she was 18 despite being 17 at the time before he handed her a piece of paper with the name “Dimitri” and his phone number on it.
As the police van drove off, some of the other officers in the van congratulated Delinicolis, to which he replied: “She’s old enough.”
The pair exchanged sexually charged messages, with Delinicolis offering to send pictures of his penis and telling her that he was “so hard”.
Another message to the 17-year-old girl said: “Did u shower yet i wanna see that big juicy p****” before she sent him a nude photograph.
Later that evening Delinicolis and Dellosa were discussing the girl.
“Are you guys seriously talking about a schoolgirl? Haven’t you just seen what happened to the Bulldogs players,” warned another officer, referring to two NRL players who were stood down for taking a schoolgirl back to their team hotel room.
Delinicolis replied: “We are not doing anything wrong.”
On the morning of August 13, Delinicolis arranged to pick up the schoolgirl and take her to a Cabramatta hotel.
He told the girl: “After we have sex I’m going to go to work” and “I’m going to f*** you so hard.”
At one point he asked her if she wanted to have a threesome, saying: “My friend and I are gonna punish you.”
She said she didn’t want to have sex with two people at the same time but consented to “one at a time”.
The crown prosecution said all sexual contact inside the hotel room between the trio was consensual.
Delinicolis had sex with the 17-year-old before he told her that he had previously had sex with other schoolgirls.
Dellosa then called and told him that he had arrived at the hotel.
Delinicolis informed him: “I already f***ed her.”
Dellosa replied: “OK, when I come it’s going to be my turn.”
In the room, Dellosa asked the girl to wear her school skirt while they had sex as Delinicolis watched on.
When Dellosa finished having sex with the girl, Delinicolis engaged with the girl in oral sex before Dellosa returned and began having penile-vaginal sex.
Dellosa began filming on his mobile phone, and when police later searched Delinicolis’ locker, they found several videos and pictures on a Samsung phone recorded during the encounter.
During one 24-second video, rap music can be heard in the background.
Delinicolis can be heard saying “double impact” while Dellosa says “double trouble”.
In the weeks afterwards, the girl continued to communicate with the men.
During one conversation a fellow officer asked Dellosa if Delinicolis was still messaging the girl.
“Nah, she’s gone cold, Dolly was treating her like a slut,” Dellosa replied.
Delinicolis later asked the teen if she wanted to meet up with “another friend” who had just divorced his wife; however, she said she wasn’t interested.
The girl eventually deleted Delinicolis’ number and the WhatsApp app in an attempt to stop him from contacting her.
The girl eventually disclosed the encounter with her 32-year-old boyfriend and two school friends.
Police received an anonymous complaint on June 26, and Delinicolis and Dellosa were arrested on August 5.
Delinicolis was arrested when he arrived at work and told officers: “She said she was 18.”
On a Samsung phone officers found naked pictures of Delinicolis as well as videos the pair made with the girl.
A NSW Police spokesperson said both officers remained suspended without pay.
Both watched on via video link on Thursday as their lawyers in the Downing Centre Local Court entered guilty pleas to one count of misconduct in public office.
They are set to return to court on August 27.
