A sex worker filmed her client without consent before finding his car months later and jumping in. What she did next was even more wild.

A Sydney sex worker filmed her client without consent and sent the video to his fiance, before unexpectedly turning up to an intersection and getting into his car while he was on the way to work.

Brooke Ariel Grace Baker also sent the man 244 texts within five hours and made 87 attempted calls, all while being bound by a court not to contact him, agreed facts reveal.

The 31-year-old was last December found guilty of two counts of intentionally record an intimate image without consent.

She failed twice to appear at court for sentencing, prompting a police warrant for her arrest.

Today, she pleaded guilty at Penrith Local Court to stalk or intimidate with the intent to cause fear of physical or mental harm, use a carriage service to harass or offence and contravene an apprehended violence order (DV).

Court documents outlined the wild offending, which began in 2018 when the pair connected through escort service escortsandbabes.com.au.

The man booked Baker, who used the Alias of Amelia, and the pair organised to meet up at the Meriton Suites in Parramatta.

The facts state they engaged in consensual sex and Baker filmed the man performing oral sex without his consent.

After the man stopped using Baker’s services, she contacted him claiming she was pregnant, according to the facts.

She also contacted his fiance and partner of four years to claim he had been cheating on her.

The unwanted contact culminated in Baker sending the man and his fiance an email with an empty subject and body, which had an attached video showing the man doing oral sex on her. The email dated October last year was sent by an email address which read (the victim’s name) cheatson (his fiance’s name) @gmail.com.

The couple reported the video to police, who issued an apprehended violence order to protect the victim from Baker.

Months later, the victim was stopped at traffic lights on his way to work, when Baker showed up standing at his car door.

The facts state she opened the front passenger’s door and got inside.

“The victim immediately told the accused to get out, however she would not listen and stayed,” the facts read.

“An argument ensued while the victim kept driving”.

After the victim told Baker he was taking her to the police station, she told him to stop so she could get out, which she did.

At 6:15pm the next day, Baker sent the victim a text to which he didn’t respond. She then sent 244 texts in five hours, and tried to call him 87 times. The victim did not respond to a single text or missed call.

“As a result, the victim said he was feeling extremely anxious and stated it was bringing him back into a state of depression due to the harassing nature of the behaviour,” the facts read.

On January 10, police issued a warrant for Baker’s arrest after she failed to appear for her sentencing regarding the sending of intimate messages.

But today, she did turn up to court, wearing blue jeans, a white crop top, a black jacket and white slides. She had a man by her side.

Her Legal Aid lawyer told the court his client was pleading guilty to one count of failing to appear to court as well as the stalk or intimidate and harass charges.

Magistrate Bree Chisholm adjourned the matters to be dealt with together on October 24 and ordered a sentencing assessment report.
