Kyle’s girl Imogen Anthony makes Fashion Week debut in ‘sand-kini’

IMOGEN Anthony was quick to reveal the trick behind her ‘sand-kini’ on the very day that boyfriend Kyle Sandilands made his Twitter debut.

IMOGEN Anthony’s naked ambition revealed itself today when the model posted a photo of herself on Instagram in nothing but boob tape and knickers.

Coincidentally her boyfriend, shock jock Kyle Sandilands, was making his belated debut on Twitter - and the timing couldn’t have been better.

Anthony’s Instagram post left even less to the imagination than her controversial “sand-kini”.

Sandilands’ missus made her fashion week debut last night wearing nothing but sand.

Blonde bombshell Anthony strutted her stuff for the Bondi Bather swim show at Mercedez-Benz Fashion Week on Tuesday night and of course, caused a stir.

With her famous bright-eyed boyfriend sitting in the front row, the 22-year-old paraded down the catwalk in a string bikini made from sand.

Anthony said she felt “liberated” by her performance, taking to social media to let her 25,000 fans know how she felt.

“Last night’s experience was one in a million ... Closing the @bondibather show at @mbfashionweek wearing noting but an authentic Bondi Beach sand ‘kini’.

Kyle chose the moment to make his debut on Twitter — and his first tweet was a photo of himself.

Anthony’s catwalk performance comes hot on the heels of her February cover shoot for lads mag Maxim.

The model met Sandilands at his 40th birthday two years ago and describes herself in the article as one of his “vices”.

She has progressively sought a profile as the relationship has developed, dismissing the two-decade difference in their ages and brushing off any suggestion that she’s just in it for Kyle’s money.

Sydney Confidential’s Jonathan Moran wrote at the time that Anthony “clearly wants to be seen as more than just Sandilands’ latest dish, as she tries to make her own mark as a glamour model and describing herself as ‘eccentric, loyal, badass, empathetic, lover’.”

Anthony told Maxim the high-profile pair had no concerns about what other people thought of their relationship.

“We don’t care what people think ... if you don’t have love, you don’t know love.”

Sandilands, meanwhile, also took a bit of a beating from co-host Jackie O on their radio show this morning.

Mrs Henderson revealed she has had an invite to meet the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge during their visit to Sydney, which begins next Wednesday.

She showed off her invite on Twitter while Sandilands looked non-plussed, having told listeners: ‘I am genuinely p***** off’.
