THE federal election has gone down to the wire, with no clear winner emerging in eleven key seats. See how your seat has fared.

THE federal election has gone down to the wire, with no clear winner emerging in eleven key seats.

The seats in doubt are Capricornia, Chisholm, Cowan, Dickson, Dunkley, Forde, Gilmore, Herbert, Hindmarsh, La Trobe and Petrie.

The Liberal party is ahead in Dickson, Dunkley, Gilmore, La Trobe and Petrie, while Labor is ahead in Capricornia, Chisholm, Cowan, Forde, Herbert and Hindmarsh.

Less than 80 per cent of the vote has been counted so far, but the Australian Electoral Commission will not do any further counting today or tomorrow.

Counting — including postal and absentee votes — will resume on Tuesday.
