Polling booths are located across local schools, churches, community halls and public buildings.
Australian Electoral Commission staff will be on hand to supervise voting.
There will be a range of Covid-19 safety measures at polling places, which include the requirement for election staff to be vaccinated and to wear a face mask.

Physical distancing and using hand sanitiser will be encouraged on the day.
People will be voting for their local House of Representative candidates to represent their local area, as well as Senate candidates to represent your state or territory.
For the House of Representative ballot, you need to number every square on the ballot paper.
For the Senate, you vote for who will represent your state or territory.
The simplest way to vote is by selecting your preferred parties or groups, who choose their own individual senators.
