Police reveal new explosive evidence against Beau Lamarre-Condon

Police documents have revealed the chilling attempts by Beau Lamarre-Condon to cover up his alleged crimes.

Serving police officer Lamarre-Condon has been charged with the murders of his ex-lover Jesse Baird and the Studio 10 presenter’s new boyfriend Luke Davies.

Explosive new documents now show how police arrived at Mr Baird’s Paddington home on February 21 to find three cleaners mopping the floor.

They also found a bullet hole and blood in the kitchen.

Documents also show a female flatmate walked out to the garden where Mr Baird and Mr Davies’ bodies lay in surf board bags covered by tarpaulin.

She took three photographs and touched one of the surf board bags containing a dead body and thought it felt “lumpy”.

The woman noticed blood seeping from one of the bags but thought it was beetroot juice spilt by her messy housemate.

Sources close to investigation said the woman was stunned to learn the truth of what was in the bags, The Daily Telegraph reported.

“The housemates took photos on their phone to say ‘look at the mess here’, it wouldn’t even cross a person’s mind that they could really be looking at something so sinister,” the source said.

“There’s such an extreme improbability of a body being in a surf bag that it’s not even a rational thought when normal people would be confronted with such a site,” another said.

Police documents also show that a Triple 0 call was made from around the time of the alleged murder.

A male voice could be heard shouting “get out, f**k off” before the line went dead, according to the documents.

Police will allege that Lamarre-Condon only planned to kill Mr Baird but also killed Mr Davies when he turned up at the property to find him there.

Mr Baird and Mr Davies had enjoyed an evening at the Beresford Hotel before going for Thai food on Sunday, February 18.

Police will allege that Lamarre-Condon then turned up at Mr Baird’s home on Monday morning and shot the couple with his police-issued Glock pistol.

Neighbours heard a loud bang and a raised voice at around 9.40am, police documents allege.

When police contacted Mr Baird’s mother she immediately told them that he had a stalker who she believed to be an ex-police officer called Beau who was regularly turning up at her son’s home, police will claim.

This information sparked a two day manhunt for Lamarre-Condon.

While the net was closing in, Lamarre-Condon allegedly arrived at friend’s home in Lambton, near Newcastle on February 22.

According to the female friend he was sleep-deprived and rambling.

She said that Lamarre-Condon said that a hired HiAce he had been driving was “full of blood and he needed to clean it out”, police will claim

He also said he had driven another female friend to the countryside and had been “floating in a dam” and that “the body wouldn’t sink”, police will allege the woman told detectives.

Police also spoke to the other witness who allegedly drove with Lamarre-Condon to Bungonia.

She alleges that he asked her to open a gate while he drove the van through.

When he returned she noticed that a blue tarp that had been covering something in the back of the van had gone, police allege.

Lamarre-Condon eventually handed himself into Bondi Police Station last Friday but the search for Mr Baird and Mr Davies bodies would continue until Tuesday.

They were eventually located in Bungonia, just outside of Goulburn NSW, with information provided to officers by the accused, police said.

Lamarre-Condon is currently at Silverwater prison and is next due to face court on April 23.
