Shocked diners watched on as the woman was attacked by her former partner in a McDonald’s restaurant in Sydney.
Terrifying footage has emerged of a young woman being attacked by her former partner in a McDonald’s in Sydney.
The woman met Seta Ratucadre outside the venue, in Minchinbury, but an argument quickly escalates between the pair.
The woman is chased inside the restaurant by Ratucadre who has a 20cm knife in his hand.
Horrified diners watched on as the woman is repeatedly punched and tries with all her might to fight off her attacker.
He then drags her across the floor, slicing her hand in the struggle.
Ratucadre then grabs her keys and her phone and pulls off her jumper before fleeing.
The woman then tries to find a place to hide fearing that he will return.
Ratucadre, 38, pleaded guilty and has been jailed for at least four and a half years.
His ex partner agreed in court to the release of the McDonald’s CCTV footage.
The judge imposed an apprehended domestic violence for the next 14 years to protect the woman once Ratucadre is released from prison.
