Correction to article published on December 21, 2016.
On December 21, 2016, news.com.au republished an article from the Courier-Mail about The Spice Avenue and its owner and manager claiming among other things that they discriminated against Andrew Bell.
We wish to clarify that they did not knowingly breach any provision as to access of Mr Bell’s hearing assistance dog. The anti-discrimination case was settled by agreement between the parties.
