TWO men have allegedly smuggled 330 beer cans, three litres of rum and a litre of vodka into the Northern Territory's dry Tiwi Islands.

TWO men have been accused of smuggling a boat full of beer and hard liquor into the Northern Territory's Tiwi Islands, where alcohol is banned.

MORE than 300 cans of beer, three litres of rum and a litre of vodka were smuggled by boat onto Melville Island on Tuesday, police say.
