NT govt flags changes to electoral act

IN an effort to get more Territorians to turn up to vote at the next election, the NT government is proposing a raft of changes to the electoral act.

THE Northern Territory government has flagged a raft of changes to the electoral act as the next election approaches in a bid to encourage Territorians to vote.

CHIEF Minister Adam Giles announced the proposed changes at a Country Liberals Party conference on Sunday.
