NT Speaker calls on MP to come clean

MEMBER for Arnhem Larisa Lee should tell her constituents why she is now supporting a government she previously lambasted, the NT Speaker says.

THE Northern Territory's independent Speaker has called on the Member for Arnhem to come clean on what deal she has made with the beleaguered minority Country Liberals government.

ON Tuesday morning Speaker Kezia Purick, who left the Country Liberals government in July, moved a motion as the independent Member for Goyder to refer to the privileges committee two full-page ads bearing the government logo which appeared in the NT News on September 18 and 21 accusing all non-government MPs of blocking ice legislation.
