A MAN has been charged after crashing his car into a tree, killing his partner, in the Northern Territory.

A MAN has been charged over the death of his partner after crashing his car into a tree near Alice Springs.

THE 35-year-old suffered minor injures but his partner, also aged 35, died at the scene after the car hit a tree and rolled on Tuesday, police say.
