Nitschke condoned Brayley suicide: lawyer
A LAWYER says euthanasia campaigner Philip Nitschke had an ethical obligation to provide medical assistance to Perth man Nigel Brayley.
EUTHANASIA campaigner Philip Nitschke tacitly approved the suicide of Perth man Nigel Brayley by not questioning him further about his health and not preventing him from taking his own life, a Darwin court has heard.
THE Supreme Court will decide whether the Medical Health Professional Tribunal was right to uphold Dr Nitschke's suspension by the Medical Board of Australia.
