Mentally impaired woman arrested in NT

A WOMAN who was jailed in Western Australia and was freed after being deemed unfit to stand trial, has been arrested again.

A MENTALLY impaired Aboriginal woman who was held in a West Australian prison for 21 months has been arrested for the second time since her release.

ROSIE Anne Fulton, 24, was detained in Kalgoorlie Prison after she was charged over crashing a stolen car, but was deemed unfit to stand trial because she has fetal alcohol syndrome and the mental age of a young child.
