OLYMPIANS, athletes and indigenous children have met at Uluru for a fun run before the celebrations of the 30-year anniversary of its being handed back to traditional owners.

THE Indigenous Marathon Project's Deadly Fun Run Championships were held at Uluru on Saturday morning with more than 100 runners from around Australia raising awareness of physical fitness for Aboriginal people living in remote communities.
