Cows put down after NT road train rollover

A ROAD train trailer carrying cattle has rolled over in Darwin, with four cows already euthanased and 22 others still on the loose.

FOUR cows have been put down and 22 are still on the loose after a road train overturned on a Darwin highway.

THE road train was loaded with cattle destined for live export overseas when its third trailer overturned, clipping a car before landing on a ute at about 1pm CST on Wednesday.
