NYC bus commuters had one hell of a ride to work when the rapping duo, after paying their fare, quietly slipped onto a bus hidden under hoodies.
Macklemore look-alike tricks his way into concert
Armed only with a boom box, the pair launched into an impromptu rendition of their hit song, Can't Hold Us.
In a matter of minutes, even the crankiest of commuters were clapping along and busting moves in their seats. At one point, Macklemore even begins tossing toilet paper around the bus.
The awesome public stunt took place back in November 2013 but has been kept under wraps until now. It is part of the Grammy's 'Music Unleashes Us' multi-platform ad campaign, aiming to capture people's natural reactions to music.
Macklemore and Ryan Lewis will perform at the Grammy Awards on January 26 and are up for seven awards, including Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Rap Song.
