I’m tiny and my husband is giant - here’s everything that’s annoying about it
A husband and wife with nearly 50cm between them in height have explained the problems they have to deal with.
Bethany Casaurang and her husband, Danny, are separated by almost half a metre in height, making for some interesting moments.
Danny stands at 195cm tall, while Bethany clocks in at a mere 147cm. The couple document their mixed-size marriage on TikTok under the handle @bethanyanddanny, New York Post reports.
Some humorous experiences include Bethany tripping over Danny’s “gigantic shoes” and the couple learning how to dance together.
“The problem with being married to someone that is 6’5” [195cm]: His clothes can fit two of me,” she says in a TikTok video with more than 4.6 million views, as she steps into Danny’s enormous jeans.
Pint-sized Bethany goes on to list other shortcomings with the height difference.
“This one’s not a problem, just an observation,” she continues. “He always puts random things on [the] top shelf.”
She also dramatically demonstrates how she adjusts her car seat after he drives her vehicle.
Commenters were quick to chime in on the situation.
“I’m 4’11” [150cm] and hubby is 6’3” [190cm] we feel your pain lol everything is so accurate,” one user wrote.
“I hear ya! My husband is 6’8” [200cm],” said another.
In another video, Bethany shows the two of them lovingly dancing, proving their height difference isn’t really a big deal.
