AN Adelaide male virgin has placed a newspaper advertisement looking for a similarly sexually inexperienced woman.

Keen readers of the Sunday Mail would have noticed the personal ad on page 16 of yesterday's paper, placed by an Adelaide-based 32-year-old man who describes himself as "good-looking, clever and has a great sense of humour".

The ad says he's looking for a woman "likely to be of Anglo/North European heritage, 22-34, attractive and intelligent".

"Like him, she is not strongly religious nor has she had sexual experiences."

While he hasn't found "The One" just yet, it doesn't sound like the man is short of a dollar.

The advertisement suggests the lucky woman would enjoy a glamorous lifestyle travelling the world and "never wanting for anything".
